The Zero Conditional
Tom: The printer has jammed again. What do I do?
Chantal: When there's a paper jam, call Noel in tech support.
Tom: But, it's easy to fix.
Chantal: I know, but it's company policy. If the boss sees anyone trying to fix the printer, he gets upset.

A typical week: Luanne often naps at her desk. Once or twice a week, she wakes up after six o'clock, and has to rush back home. Every two weeks, she goes to the office on Saturdays to do extra work. Luanne works too much.

Wayne: Not really. I've been to the United States several times on business, though.
Gavin: My brother drove down to Vermont two months ago, but I have never travelled in the US.
